Cancellation Policy
Clients must give at least 24 hours' notice of appointment cancellation and/or changes in desired service(s). Any appointment changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be automatically charged 50% of the original service price. No exceptions. Please call in advance to cancel or reschedule any appointments. All fees charged are non-refundable and will not be applied to future services. A credit card is required on file to hold all appointments. We understand that emergencies do happen, therefore, this fee may be waived in unforeseen circumstances and only at the manager's discretion upon receiving a call, text, or email notification however is not guaranteed.
