Spa Policies & Appointments
**Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?**
All services are by appointment only. This allows us to offer every guest the personal attention and luxurious experience they deserve. Book directly online or by calling the spa.
**How early should I arrive for my appointment?**
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to relax in our suite, complete your forms, and get centered before your treatment.
**What is your cancellation policy?**
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows or late cancellations. Members and packages follow their own policy terms.
**What should I wear to my appointment?**
Come comfortably dressed. We provide robes, spa foot covers, and optional branded t-shirts for treatments that require partial undressing
Skincare & Facial Treatments
**How do I know which facial is right for me?**
We recommend starting with our Pro Consultation or a Custom Skin Renewal Facial. Every new client begins with a professional skin analysis to determine the best plan for your skin goals.
**Do you treat acne, pigmentation, or aging skin?**
Yes. We specialize in corrective treatments for acne, hyperpigmentation, aging, and more. Ask about our Acne Boot Camp and targeted protocols.
**How often should I get a facial?**
For optimal results, we recommend every 4–6 weeks, or as advised by your Esthetician. Our memberships make it easy to stay consistent.
**Are your products safe for sensitive skin?**
Absolutely. We use professional-grade products curated for all skin types — including sensitive and reactive skin.
**Do you offer body treatments?**
Yes! We offer Back Facials, Buff & Glow Body Exfoliation, Underarm Pigmentation Treatments, and more. View our full treatment menu online.
Memberships, Packages & Retail
**What are the benefits of becoming a member?**
Our members receive monthly facials, retail discounts, early access to events, complimentary upgrades, and exclusive pricing — all designed for consistent skin results and self-care savings.
**Can I buy a package or gift card?**
Yes! We offer facial series packages (3, 6, or 12 sessions) and luxury gift cards — available online and in the spa.
**Do you sell the products used in your facials?**
Yes, we carry select skincare products used in your treatment to help you maintain your glow at home. Your esthetician will recommend what’s best for your skin type and goals.
Your Spa Experience
**Do you offer a relaxation room or pre-treatment space?**
Yes. We encourage guests to enjoy our Relaxation & Mindfulness Room before their service. Arrive early for a moment of Zen and a soothing beverage.
**Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?**
Due to the private and tranquil nature of our spa, we ask that guests come alone unless receiving a service. We do offer group spa days and private bookings for special occasions.
**Do you offer services for men?**
Absolutely. We provide Gentlemen’s Facials, beard care, and body treatments tailored to male skin concerns.
